I usually wear Women's medium and a Junior's small. This shirt fit true to size for me overall except it's slightly large in the shoulders. After drying in the dryer it shrunk down to fit nicely in the shoulders but not too small elsewhere. Form fitting, so it shows all your curves. The neckline comes down not too far so you won't be showing any bra but far enough that if you wear a pushup bra you can get nice cleavage showing. Not to be worn alone during Fall and Winter months because it isn't warm enough but thin enough to layer under a sweater, t-shirt, jacket, etc. and it will keep you warm.
