A fine carafe June 19, 2003

Ah, what a splendiferous carafe. The only problem is that when your wife catches the iron cord on the handle and yanks it off the counter, it breaks into many many pieces, necessitating replacement. Perhaps next time around Braun can attach the base of the handle to the carafe itself, making such accidents less likely.

no difference from my KF510 January 10, 2008
I ordered this to replace my older KF510 coffee maker. It does just as good, but no better, a job in brewing coffee: just as fast, just as much steam-sputtering. Looks nice but honestly, the cheaper KF510 is a better value.
