This plastic-molded table sits flat on the floor for babies to play at while sitting. View larger. | Grows with your Child The sturdy, plastic-molded, brightly colored table sits flat on the floor for babies to play at while sitting. You can attach the table's legs to adjust it to accommodate toddlers' play while standing. And it offers plenty of activities at different levels of learning to keep your child entertained for these early developmental years. Your child will delight in spinning the maraca to hear a fun rendition of the ABC song; playing the colored piano keys to practice motor skills and learn about colors; moving the trombone's slide to count to 10; and sliding the cello to learn about up and down. Kids can tap on the colorful drum and learn about colors and primary shapes, too. Then, by flipping the pages of the "book" to go from the Learning Mode to the Music Mode, kids can hear more than 40 songs and melodies, including nursery rhymes and fun individual instrument sounds that will have them singing and dancing. Plenty to Do, Lots to Learn With all of these activities, your child will exercise his or her memory and problem-solving skills with lots of things to push, pull, turn, open, and close. And with the flip of a switch, the songs and games switch from English to Spanish, offering a great introduction to foreign-language learning. The Learn & Groove Musical Table requires some assembly and needs 3 AA batteries for operation. Batteries are not included. What's in the Box 1 LeapFrog Learn and Groove Musical Table.

Great fun for babies and toddlers! November 4, 2006 70 out of 70 found this review helpful
My son has had this toy since he was 6 months old (He is 17 months now). We recently had to remove the legs from it, as he learned at 11 months to climb on top of it and then onto whatever was nearby, so beware if you have a climber! Otherwise he was very entertained by the many sights and sounds on this toy. I really liked the fact that you can remove the legs. When he was a baby we left the legs off so he could play on the floor with it, and then when he was cruising and walking we could put the legs back on to keep him entertained. There's music and words and things to spin and flip open - so much to keep little hands and ears busy. A good toy for a baby that will last into toddlerhood.
Fun for more ages than you might think March 11, 2007 40 out of 42 found this review helpful
I got this toy for 9-month-old twins, but I was suprised to find that two to five-year-olds are also amused by it. I would not buy it specifically for older children, but if your baby has older siblings, this will be a hit with them as well.
It can become a hazard once your child is able to climb. It can become a stepping stool onto higher, dangerous places (like bookshelves and toy cabinets).
Other than that, it is a fantastic toy. There is a variety of music in there, so it is not as annoying for parents as some other electronic toys. It is also very sturdy. Ours has been through some serious abuse (it has even gotten soaked in the rain) and it still works well. Despite all the keys and buttons, it is fairly easy to clean.
The only one worth getting July 2, 2006 22 out of 24 found this review helpful
My mom bought this table and I bought a Fisher Price table. The kids love the Leap Frog Table and hate the Fisher Price one. The Leap Frog one is awesome! It has two options, words or music. So for the little ones to whom words don't mean much, you can use the music reinforcement and my toddler (age 2) likes the word option now. Great for around age 8 months when they start pulling up to stand. Love Love Love this table.

My daughter can't even stand yet and she loves this toy. I usually pull her bumbo seat up to it or hold her sitting or standing while she pounds away. This toy is advised for older babies but she has been using it since 4 mos. She is now 6 mos and still can't operate all of the gadgets by herself but she sure does love to try.
